Lawn Care Programs

These are the guidelines for a healthy, thatch free lawn.
Grasses are listed in alphabetical order and includes seven types of lawns found in our area.

There are many products on the market, make sure you have the correct product for your grass,
and then read and follow the directions listed on the product.   Many products require that the lawn
receive a watering a day or two before the application, and/or again after the application.
This is a very important step that is often neglected - if you are not going to water,
do not apply the product.

The products and timeframes are guidelines.  The products and their time of application will vary based on the
the condition of the lawn, when the seasons change, temperature, wind, rain, and even insect appearance.
Again, read and follow the directions listed on the product.
